Al salir de la reunión, celebrada el miércoles por la tarde en el Palácio do Planalto, Domit dijo que la visita fue una cortesía. Y que la aportación de recursos se hará principalmente para ampliar la infraestructura necesaria para desarrollar nuevos servicios y también soluciones para el almacenamiento de datos en nubes.
Ventajas de invertir en Brasil
El empresario dijo que la inversión es un reflejo de la importancia invertir en Brasil para el desarrollo de América Latina. Al salir de la reunión, Domit informó el interés de la empresa en el desarrollo de la tecnología 5G en Brasil. «Estaremos activos y con mucho interés», dijo.
A la pregunta de si tiene preferencia por alguna empresa proveedora de tecnología para el mercado 5G, fue diplomático. «Trabajamos con todos. Tenemos una buena relación con todos», añadió.

«Fue una visita que tuvimos en Brasilia. Nos reunimos con varias autoridades, con varias personas y concluimos esta visita con una reunión de cortesía con el presidente, para mostrar nuestro compromiso con Brasil para los próximos años, proyectar una inversión de R$ 30 mil millones en los próximos años y seguir creciendo en los diferentes servicios que tenemos», dijo.
Anteriormente, Bolsonaro dijo que el país busca encontrar una combinación entre los mejores recursos técnicos disponibles y un precio asequible para ofrecer el servicio 5G en Brasil. «Si es mejor para Brasil desde el punto de vista técnico y financiero, sí, nos embarcaremos en ello», dijo.
