PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY — THESE TERMS SET FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BETWEEN YOU AND Kiev Portal GOVERNING YOUR USE AND PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. BY OPTING IN TO RECEIVE SMS MESSAGES FROM US, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED WITH THESE TERMS;

8. Disclaimer of Warranty.
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, WRITTEN, ORAL OR ARISING UNDER CUSTOM OR TRADE.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions.
Kiev Portal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. All updates and modifications to these Terms will be effective from the day they are posted online. If you do not agree to any updates or modifications to these Terms, you must opt-out of the text message program as set forth in Section 6.
10. Termination of Text Messaging.
Company may suspend or terminate your receipt of Company text messages if Company believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of Company text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses.
