kyiv Portal is always looking for new ways to reach its customers, and they have found it in text messages! Company offers a mobile messaging program in which they send marketing or non-marketing texts to Participants, as further described in these "Terms".

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS SET OUT THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BETWEEN YOU AND kyiv PORTAL GOVERNING YOUR USE OF AND PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. BY OPT-IN TO RECEIVE SMS MESSAGES FROM US, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS;

kyiv Portal does not impose a separate fee for sending text messages from kyiv Portal under the Program. However, standard message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Kiev Portal text messages, as provided in your mobile phone service rate plan (contact your mobile phone provider for pricing plans).

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, WRITTEN, ORAL, OR ARISING OUT OF CUSTOM OR MERCHANTABILITY.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

kyiv Portal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. All updates and modifications to these Terms will be effective as of the day they are posted online. If you do not agree to any updates or changes to these Terms, you must opt out of the text message program as set forth in Section 6.

10. Termination of Text Messaging

The Company may suspend or terminate your receipt of text messages from the Company if the Company believes that you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of text messages from Company is also subject to termination in the event your wireless service terminates or expires. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or part of the Company's text messages, with or without notice.
